Custom Monogramming and Embroidery

This is for customers providing their personal items to Bradley Lane Designs for embroidery. Please fill out separate orders for separate items (i.e. if you have a shirt and a bag, you should check out for two separate items). If you have multiples of the same item with identical personalization (i.e. a set of towels) you can fill out one order but increase the quantity to the desired number of items before checking out.
